Pellet Stoves and Inserts

  1. Hopper - Can hold anywhere from 40 to 80 pounds of pellets depending on the stove.

  2. Auger - A machine-crafted auger to provide the combustion area with a controlled amount of pellets.

  3. Combustion Air - Fresh air enters the stove from the rear and is directed to the base of the grate to give the fire a constant supply of oxygen.

  4. Convection Fan - Air is drawn through the fan and pre-heated through the air jacket and eventually super heated as it exits the Heat Exchanger Tubes to give you maximum output.

  5. Heat Exchanger Tubes - Where air exits the stove after it has been super heated.

  6. Exhaust Fan - The remaining exhaust gases, which were not expended in the initial burning process, are forced out the rear of the stove.  Emissions are less than 1 gram per hour.

  7. Burn Pot - The burn pot holds the pellets and allows interaction with the combustion air for the highest possible burning efficiency.

  8. Ash Pan - An easily removable ash pan allows the leftover ash to be quickly thrown out without any unsightly mess.
